Here at Knox Associates we pride ourselves on Five Star Customer Service.
History
Knox Associates started in the Nevada Group Health Insurance Industry in
March of 2003. Although we are a young brokerage, our year over year
revenue growth of more than 40% is proof that our Customer Service oriented
approach is working. Because we are a young brokerage, we have had to
compete with the power of knowledge; this has been accomplished by researching
and implementing new cutting edge designed health plans. Resulting in more
employers providing affordable comprehensive benefits to their employees and
their employees dependents.
Future Goals
As we continue to grow, so will our service options. In the future
we will be adding programs like COBRA Administration, Third Party Administration
(TPA) Services and more fully self funded group programs. We will continue
assist the Self-employed and small businesses in their benefits.
